This beautiful apartment of 100 m2 located on the 2nd floor of a modern building with elevator and private garage, is located 100 meters from the viewpoint of Senhora do Monte the most beautiful point of view of Lisbon which offers a sublime panorama of the city and the Tagus. Although in a quiet and quiet street, you will be close to the center of Graca and its authentic shops. Perfectly equipped for 4 people. You will stay in a modern and bright space, tastefully decorated.
Its large living room with dining table and workspace, enjoys a large flat screen tv with over 100 international channels. For your comfort the Wifi is available in all the accommodation and the reversible Air conditioning (hot / cold) in all the rooms. You will enjoy a master bedroom and a bedroom with two very spacious beds with storage - 1 double bed (2 beds 80x200 cm), and two single beds 80 x 200 cm.
The independent kitchen, is fully equipped, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a hair dryer. It has an iron, hair dryer. We supply linens and hygiene products.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of €50, per hour. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.

The best way to reach Graça is to take the legendary tram 28, which passes 100 meters from the apartment and crosses all the historic districts of the city.

Aunque situado en una de las zona más antiguas, el edificio es moderno, y la casa es amplia y luminosa. Tiene plaza de garaje propia, muy importante en Lisboa. La cocina es bastante grande con mesa para poder comer y desayunar. El salón también, con una TV enorme. Dormitorios con amplios armarios. A dos minutos hay una parada del tranvía 28. El personal de la agencia muy amable.

Beautiful large apartment. Great set up for a family4 people. Comfortable beds and towels. Wonderful view of Lisbon just up the block. Do note they only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper and will not provide more. Also bring your own dish soap and laundsee more

Do note they only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper and will not provide more. Also bring your own dish soap and laundry detergent as those wont be provided either. Disappointing they wont supply these basic things - would have made this apartment perfect if they had. Easy to walk down towards downtown about 20-30 min. The castle and Alfalma are 10-15min walk. There are restaurants and cafes near by. The metro is about 15 min walk. Communication was fine and staff gave us a map with recommendations. Note there is a €40 charge for checking in after 10pm. Overall a lovely place.

Fantastic location, silent but very close to view point of Senhora do Monte, close to neighborhood commerce and transportation. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Full of natural light and complete set of amenities.
