Description
Stay in the heart of the upscale Principe REAL district, where many bars, restaurants with terraces and shops mingle. Located on the top floor with 180 degree views of the city of Lisbon and its Tagus, this beautiful apartment of 140 m2 has three bedrooms ideally designed for 6 people. It is an excellent pied à terre with its two terraces under the roofs to fully enjoy the beautiful days in Lisbon.
This duplex consists of three spacious bedrooms with a bathroom and a shower room. Its living room is furnished with armchairs and sofas, and dining tables to admire the breathtaking views of Lisbon from all sides. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and all the necessary cooking utensils).
Two bedrooms enjoy rooftop terraces. The wifi and the air conditioning hot / cold reversible are included. This duplex is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of €50, per hour. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.

What an amazing apartment! We loved staying here. Great location for walking everywhere. Especially loved watching the clouds fly by overhead from the terrace. Sintra and Cascais made for a terrific daytrip. Great pizza at ZeroZero. Visited Nanarellasee more
