This comfortable apartment of 75 m2 is located on the first floor of an old building with azulejo facades, glazed earthenware tiles and decorated typical of Lisbon.
Modern, Well appointed and tastefully decorated, this beautiful pied-à-terre is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath, a fully equipped modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of €50, per hour. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.

The best way to reach Graça is to take the legendary tram 28, which passes 100 meters from the apartment and crosses all the historic districts of the city.
Several buses will also take you to different key points of the city.
Finally the metro station "Martim Moniz" 10 min walk.

THE HISTORY

During the industrial revolution, around 1850, the first workers' villas were born.

This was a lovely spacious apartment - bigger than it looks in the photos! Huge bed! Very clean and a great location close to viewpoints and lots of local cafes (10minutes walk). Fully equipped kitchen and lidl 10mins walk away too! We had to check osee more

Fully equipped kitchen and lidl 10mins walk away too! We had to check out at 10am but the management company were lovely at letting us leaveluggage in their nearby office while we went to the local square for breakfast before our later flight. There was a bad smell in the bathroom in the evenings but was gone during the day, not sure what from and management said it hadn't been reported before so was likely a one off thing. Would recommend staying here and would definitely stay again, we loved the apartment!
