Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of €50, per hour. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.

It is very spacious for 5 adults, everything was clean, everything works and the ting toilet that is build on the terrace is extremely cute (watch out for your head though). Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops are all in walking distance, if your legs are prepared for the hills that is, otherwise you can use public transportUber.
