Description
Ideally located for an authentic stay, Pedro Alexandrino Residence is located in a quiet area of Lisbon, very well served by bus lines, and near the famous 28 tram stop.
The seven apartments are equipped with wifi, air conditioning, flat-screen hd tv with international channels, private terrace or balcony overlooking a shared garden decorated with red berries, fruit trees and aromatics plants. All apartements are fully furnished, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. They have been renovated in 2016.

The best way to reach Graça is to take the legendary tram 28, which passes 100 meters from the apartment and crosses all the historic districts of the city.
Several buses will also take you to different key points of the city.

THE HISTORY

very nice, clean and cosy accomodation with an nice terrace and the garden. the accomodation is about 15min walking distance from center so it is a nice way to explore the city trough walks. there are a public transpotations nearby (Bus 735 and Tram see more

Nous avons apprècié, le cadre calme du quartier, de la terrasse et de la cour intérieure. L'appartement est bien équipé et la literie excellente. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme petits commerces pour s'approvisionner, et les contacts avec les commerçants étaient très sympathiques. Le bus qui passe devant la porte permet d'aller en ville rapidement et il est très facile, à partir de là, d'accèder à tous les sites et visites recommandées ! Très bon accueil par le "Team" de Lisbonne-collection qui nous a donné de très bonnes informations pour démarrer le séjour. Nous recommanderons ces logements.
