All apartements are fully furnished, tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

It´s the biggest apartment of the residence (100 m2). It can accomodate 6 guests with 2 double bedrooms (with queen beds) and one ensuite. It has a modern and fully equipped kitchen (hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, fridge, kettle, coffee maker), a spacious and bright living / dining room with access to the terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of €50, per hour. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.

The best way to reach Graça is to take the legendary tram 28, which passes 100 meters from the apartment and crosses all the historic districts of the city.
Several buses will also take you to different key points of the city.
Finally the metro station "Martim Moniz" 10 min walk.

We were 3 friends coming here together, 2 of us visited Lisbon for the first time.
The area was nice and calm and the view spectacular!
As for as dining is concerned, we tried rhe recommended see more

We loved the apartment, the bus and tram were good and Lisbon was brilliant. We had a fabulous day in Sintra.
We also recommend Tabernario do Bairro the restaurant just down the hill from the apartment. Excelent we will be back.

This is a lovely apartment with fantastic views over the river Tagus. Clean and well equipped. Quite a walk into main areas but with the 28 tram and the tuk tuk we managed. We have asked that a booklet with instructions for walks, what is local in thsee more
