Description
Charming and comfortable apartment located on Avenida Almirante Reis on the 6th floor of a modern building. The apartment is in the heart of Lisbon, it has just been renovated and has been tastefully decorated. It can accommodate up to 3 people, ideally 2 adults and 1 children.
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed 140x200 cm with storage space, a living room with a sofa bed ideal for younger guests, flat screen HD TV, a dining room and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with fridge, electric hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine. You will find all the kitchen utensils to prepare your meals at home.
Enjoy the large balcony to relax under the Lisboète sun.
Air conditioning available in the living room and free WiFi.
The accommodation is 5 minutes from the square Martim Moniz where stop tram 28 and the metro station. You will stay in a residential area, authentic and multicultural where the municipality offers a wide variety of cultural events and street performances.

Nice apartment but with some risk due to lift and emergency stairs location.

The lift can be a big problem since the emergency stair are not placed together and people can get stuck. During the stay the lift was damaged once. If this would have happened during arrivaldeparture, to go updown with the luggage would have been a see more

If this would have happened during arrivaldeparture, to go updown with the luggage would have been a nightmare to go through the stairs which are very narrow and a bit dangerous. Also at the time of leaving the apartment if the keys are left inside and the lift damaged if the neighbor is not there people can stay stuck in the small hall. Otherwise the apartment is very good.

The coffee machine didn‘t really work, on all the carpets were lot‘s of white hair , and the vacuum cleaner to remove them didn‘t work:-(

La terrasse, deux espaces nuits distincts, c'était très propre. La machine Nespresso. Lit très comfortable. La proximité de la place avec ses petits restaurants et cafés juste derrière l'immeuble.

Pas possible d'améliorer mais pour information, le bruit des voitures n'est pas gênant (bruit de fond) mais le passage incessant des ambulances et pompiers est dérangeant.
Cuisine un peu vieillotte. Manque de lumière indirecte.
