Booking and payment on-line

Bookings must be paid in full upon booking. The payment is made through the website by credit card, bank transfer or by pay pal. The deposit fee will be paid by cash (€) at check-in and will be given back at check-out. Note: Rates and availability are subject to change before you have officially booked.

Promotion: promotion cannot be combined with others unless stated otherwise.

Booking Fee: booking fee represents 10% of the amount of the stay. It´s included on the total amount of the booking.

Damage deposit On check-in day, we request a damage deposit by cash (€). It will be given back at check-out if there is no damage in the property. Otherwise, the amount of damage will be deduced from the deposit fee. The amount of this damage deposit is outlined during the booking payment.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by guest

Booking cancellation should be advised by e-mail to information@lisbonnecollection.com or by post to Lisbonne Collection – Mediação Imobiliária & Serviços, Lda. Rua Senhora do Monte, 38C 1170-361 Lisboa Portugal.

Please bear in mind that all the expenses concerning the refund will be supported by you. We recommend to have a cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by Lisbonne Collection

Lisbonne Collection refund the full amount paid.

Maximum of occupancy

Number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy described in the listing except for children under 2 years old. Guests must inform the number of guests and age.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in:

Check-in is between 4 pm and 10 pm free of charge.

After 10 pm, we charge an additional fee of 40 € at check-in. In this case, we appreciate to advise us by phone : +351 218 295 650 or by e-mail : information@lisbonnecollection.com.

If you arrive before 4 pm, you can leave the luggage in our office until the property is ready.

For security reasons, we request to send us by e-mail a copy of your IDs or Passports to information@lisbonnecollection.com. If you have not sent it to us, we can take a copy at check-in.

We request a damage deposit at check-in to be paid by cash (€). It will be refunded at check-out if no damage in the property. The amount of the damage deposit is outlined during the booking payment. In case of damage, we will deduce the amount of the damage from the deposit fee.

Check-out:

Check-out is until 10 am. If you need, you can leave your baggages in our office. Please advise us in advance.

Cleaning and maintenance

The apartment will be cleaned before guests arrival. Guests must leave the property in a reasonable condition. Cleaning and linens are included on the total amount of the booking.

Behavior

Every guest must respect the house rules and portuguese laws. Don´t forget that you are going to stay in residential buildings. Parties and loud music are forbidden because it can disturb neighbors and they can complaint to the police. If so, it can result in an immediate eviction and guests will lose the total cost of the booking. Refund is impossible.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments unless stated otherwise.

Pets

Pets are not allowed unless stated otherwise. If the owner of the property allows pets, pets are not allowed to go up to beds, sofas, and leave poop. Guests must leave the property clean and must respect the environment.

Insurance

Guests are responsible for any damages caused in the property. We recommend guests to get an insurance.

Any complaint regarding the deposit fee or the property description should be submitted to Lisbonne Collection by phone: +351 218 295 650 or by e-mail: information@lisbonnecollection.com in the next 48h after check-in.
