Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of €50, per hour. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is valued for its tranquility, where you can enjoy beautiful gardens, Campo dos Mártires da Pátria, a very pleasant green space in the city center, or Jardim Constantino.
For shopping enthusiasts, the luxury boutiques (Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci ...) are just a few minutes away on Avenida da Liberdade, you will also have time to cool off at the Avenida kiosks, among the best in Lisbon!

The roof top of the park - On the top floor of a car park in the bohemian Bairro Alto, this roof offers a 360º view of Lisbon. Sit back and enjoy the show on the 25 de Abril Bridge and the towers of the Church of Santa Catarina, accompanied by a wonderful homemade cocktail.
